Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

General Information

Our store operates including weekends and public holidays.
All transactions, including email and payment verifications, will be processed within 1-3 working days.

Purchase Guidelines

Ensure that you select the correct items, including colors and sizes, before completing your purchase. Gentlebean cannot modify orders once they are confirmed and is not liable for incorrect selections or duplicate orders.
Provide a complete and accurate address, including your mobile number. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay delivery, and a re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is returned.
Adding items to your cart does not guarantee purchase. Items are only secured after payment is submitted.
We accept payments via Touch and Go and Bank Transfer.
Our store reserves the right to accept or reject orders without prior notice for reasons such as:
- Product unavailability
- Payment not completed within 24 hours of the order invoice
- Payment authorization issues or suspected fraudulent activity
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders are available for sold-out items and are usually limited to specific timeframes.
Delays or cancellations of pre-orders may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delays or stock shortages. In such cases, cancellations are not possible, but a Store Credit with no expiry will be issued instead of a cash refund.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive.

Discount Codes/Vouchers

Enter your discount code before checking out to ensure it is applied.
Discounts are applied at checkout when the voucher code is entered manually.
Discount codes may have an expiry date, which will be communicated.
Discount codes cannot be extended.
Once an order is confirmed, additional discounts cannot be applied.
Check that you've used the correct discount code before placing your order.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Shipping Information

Items will be delivered within 14-21 working days after payment verification.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on quantity at checkout.
Mailing days are weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For international orders, recipients are responsible for any customs or import duties.
We are not responsible for lost parcels if proof of postage is provided.

Measurements and Item Representation

Measurements may vary by 1-3 cm due to mass production. This variation is not considered a defect and will not be eligible for exchange.
Print placements on items may vary due to fabric cuts.
Colors may appear differently on different screens. Variations in color, especially for bright hues, are not grounds for exchange or return.
Light-colored items may have small black dots which are not defects if they do not affect the item's overall appearance.
Items with minor imperfections such as loose threads or small stains that do not affect the overall appearance are not considered defective.

Returns and Exchanges

Goods are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable unless you receive incorrect or defective items (e.g., faulty zippers, holes, or obvious stains).
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. No cash refunds are allowed. Returns are only applicable to regular-priced orders and do not include accessories, lingerie, sale items, or items specified otherwise.
Items must be returned in their original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact).
Returns must be shipped within 5 working days (Malaysia) or 10 working days (international) of receipt.
Returns not meeting these criteria will be declined and forfeited.

Store Credit

Store credits are issued by Gentlebean and can be used for any purchase.
To redeem, enter the coupon code at checkout, and your invoice will reflect the adjusted amount.
Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extensible.
Unused credits expire within the given timeframe, up to a maximum of one year (12 months). Requests for extensions will not be entertained.

Gentlebean reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
